Services

I provide teletherapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for people across the state of California. Below are the descriptions of each service I provide.

All services are provided through Gather & Grow OC.

To learn more information, you can visit my Gather and Grow OC page here.

Individual Therapy

A non-judgmental & compassionate space to gain insight, support, & guidance. Individuals may seek therapy for support with specific issues or just to have a safe space of their own to process with an unbiased person.

Individual therapy can be a place to deepen your understanding of yourself & process old wounds that impact you in the present. It can be a space to resolve inner roadblocks, let go of limiting thoughts/behaviors, & cultivate new ways to relate to yourself & others.

Common issues include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family/parental conflict, life purpose, sexuality, shame, generational trauma, emotional dysregulation, & life adjustments.

Relationship Therapy

A neutral space to support people in relationships that encourages openness, empathy, & respect. It can be a space to process where everyone can feel heard.

Combining aspects of Gottman & Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), this form of therapy can help uncover relationship dynamics, unproductive cycles of communication, & blockages to empathy & understanding. It can be a space to build connection & strengthen the bond or a space to process & gain closure for the end of a relationship.

Common concerns include communication, intimacy, boundaries, codependency, breaches of trust, polyamory/ethical nonmonogamy, parenting, & life adjustments.

Child & Teen Therapy

A supportive space for children & teens (ages 8-17) who are experiencing difficulties with their emotions, thoughts,

or behavior. Play Therapy can be helpful for expressing feelings & building a trusting therapeutic relationship with the use of drawing, creativity, & games. This form of therapy can help children & teens process & cultivate constructive ways to express their emotions.

It can be a space for the child/teen to have support when struggling with issues such as self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, identity exploration, family conflict, divorce, blended family, school/college, peer issues, & grief/loss.

Family Therapy

A space to support each member of the family, viewing the family as an emotional unit. Family therapy creates a space to promote understanding, collaboration, & healthy communication among family members.

Therapy focuses on the dynamic of interactions within the family, rather than placing blame on anyone. Using Structural Family Therapy, this form of therapy can help identify family patterns & roles at the root of family problems.

Families may seek therapy when they experience a stressful event or concern that may impact the entire family, such as divorce, parenting challenges, blended family, sibling conflict, parent-child relationship distress,

or grief/loss.

Fees & Payment Policies

Fee

$150/ 50 minutes for Individual, Child/Teen, Relationship, or Family sessions

Insurance

I do not take insurance directly due to the limitations placed on the type & duration of treatment.

For those with PPO plans, I can provide a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement.

Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale
In order to support access to comprehensive care, I offer reduced fee/sliding scale-based services as I am able.

Please inquire to see if spots are still available:

$100-$150/hour: for those who are able to meet their basic needs but have little-to-no expendable income.

Paying for these sessions may qualify as a sacrifice but would not create hardship.

$75-$100/hour: for those who struggle to meet basic needs & paying for sessions would be a significant hardship.

Payment Types Accepted

Credit/Debit Card. Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or the client is responsible for the full session fee.
